This place is adorable! The service was great. Our entrees came out quickly and were delicious. This was the most savory hollandaise I've ever had! Breakfast potatoes were fine and exactly as you'd expect them. The latte was delicious! My only complaint is that it was a little chilly. We will be back!

Had brunch Sunday of Labor Day weekend at Belfre kitchen in Delafield, Wisconsin. The French toast, eggs, bacon were all prepared perfectly. The bloody Mary was exceptional especially the cucumber bloody Mary. Amy, the owner was so kind to stop by our table to introduce herself. This is an incredibly charming spot with exceptional ambience, and food, a must try.

Highly recommend this place for dinner! The decor, the vibe, the food, everything was amazing! We sat outside on the patio. The patio was one of the best outdoor seating areas I've been to. They have quality umbrellas, comfortable chairs, beautiful tables, string lights, flower boxes, etc. Located right in downtown Delafield (super cute area). The staff was so friendly and attentive. We were there having a girls dinner, celebrating our friend that is getting married in a few weeks. The staff knew we were celebrating and brought out some homemade mini donuts as a treat. Very nice and delicious! We started off our meal drinks and two small plates of garden hummus and truffle fries. Both were so good. The presentation was beautiful and everything was delicious. I had a glass of white wine and everyone else had cocktails. Everyone said the cocktails were great. For dinner, I had the Japanese Rice Bowl and loved it. So many fresh ingredients, tons of flavor with a kick of spice. It was also the perfect portion size (not too big, not too small). Overall an awesome experience and meal. The quality and the details did not go unnoticed. We will be back!

Love Belfre every time we stop in! This is the first time I've tried their brunch and it was delicious. For drinks, we ordered a mimosa flight (pineapple, prickly pear & French 75). French 75 was my favorite. Then, we ordered drop donuts for the table. The masala sugar was amazing and they were a favorite. I ordered the burger with added bacon and avocado. The sauce that comes with it was amazing and a perfect topping for the burger and breakfast potatoes. My sister got the eggs Benedict and also loved. Our friend ordered the breakfast burrito (not pictured) but everyone loved their meals. We got to sit outside on their patio so we could bring a dog and it was perfect! Love all the outdoor and indoor seating options. Next food is also a drink cart if you want to stop by before / after your reservation. Looking forward to coming here again!

We had a dinner reservation at 530 PM and were seated immediately. We were seated upstairs. We ordered Prosecco and Pinot noir. To eat we had salmon with Brussels sprouts and my friend had the pasta special of the day which was amazing. Did not wait long for our food at all. We did not have dessert.

Got together with my 3 girlfriends for a birthday brunch celebration - all first timers at Belfre and were excited to give it a try. I started with a mimosa flight, and so did another one of my friends - we loved all the options and were not disappointed! My other friend got a bloody mary with infused vodka and said it was super tasty. The food was also a hit - I went with the everything bagel sandwich and I wish that I could make that at home, the perfect breakfast deliciousness. We all really enjoyed our meals. Our server Ben was nice, but not exactly speeding. Now the young man who was filling up the water glasses (Ethan) was the best worker in the house. When I made the reso I wrote "celebrating a birthday" and even told the hostess when I walked up, however nothing was done or said to acknowledge this reason for gathering and enjoying our brunch together. A tad disappointed in this but I understand they were quite busy.

We were exploring the great little downtown area in Delafield and found this great place and had a delicious afternoon snack. Many options for a snack to chose from but Belfre Kitchen not only had the best Yelp review score but it also had the most people seated. Much like us everyone was sitting outside enjoying a cool day. They do have inside seating but it looks like a small area almost like a wine bar atmosphere inside. They serve a brunch until 2 and then start dinner service at 4pm. Between 2 and 4 they serve a limited snack menu. As it was about 3pm when we arrived we picked the whipped feta plate and a burger for our snacks along with a beer and a margarita. Beer and Wine menus was a bit limited but had a selection from each important category. The whipped feta plate came with a generous portion of warm baked naan bread (ate half of it before I took the picture) and the whipped feta was covered with fig jam, chili honey, pomegranate seeds, pistachio, and basil. The amazing thing is that you are able to taste each one of those flavors when you take a bite of it spread on the bread. It was delicious and we saw people ordering a second serving. The Belfre Angus burger was served with tomato and lettuce along with seasoned fry's that came with an aioli dipping sauce. No ketchup needed on the burger as it was seasoned well and flush with flavor on its own not to mention that it was cooked perfectly as ordered. The seasoned fry's were also full of flavor and delicious. Top notch service as well as Elizabeth was fantastic. Great atmosphere here, I look forward to coming back to try the brunch.

We have stopped by before for drinks with friends but never had the pleasure of dining here. This will be in our rotation of favorites now! The drop donuts were delectable. They were flavorful, fluffy and overall fantastic. Delicious start to a meal. Their drink menu is great and we couldn't decide so we shared a mimosa flight which was fun! The eggs Benedict was really good! The eggs were perfectly pouched and runny. The breakfast potatoes had the best crunch and flavor. We can't wait to come back! The restaurant over all has a great hip yet cozy vibe.

My goodness--what's not to love? Located in an historic church (built in 1868), the building itself is one of the oldest on its original foundation in Delafield. Additionally, Delafield is an adorable small town--so, the charm level here is off the charts. Their menu is as locally sourced as possible and thus can change seasonally. They have a robust cocktail menu so on a recent trip here, my dining companion and I opted to start things off with some sips. I opted for the bourbon cognac old fashioned and my dining companion got the black manhattan. Both were stellar (I stole a sip). I had been unsure of the combination of bourbon and cognac--but that was entirely unwarranted. Their tenders know what they're doing and their mixology is on point. For my lunch, I opted for the chicken avocado salad. This salad was fresh and a lovely balance of greens, chicken, chevre, avocado, figs, and what appeared to be house made croutons--all drizzled with a champagne vinaigrette. It was stunning. The service was lovely. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and had a 45 minute wait (not entirely unexpected). The good news? They take reservations, which I'd recommend to avoid the wait. Get to it!
